Checking the air conditioning pump

Need to check AC unit the pump is not coming engaging is there a way to check the pump to see if it is functioning correctly

Options

Just jump the high and lower pressure switch. If it doesnt come on its either the relay or pump.

Have you checked to make sure Freon levels are normal?

Where is a high low pressure switch located and is there a way to test that or activate the pump

Yes if you jump the pins from the high and low pressure switches the AC compressor will turn on.

Each car is different. Just follow the A/C lines and look for sensors with 2 wires.
