The red and green colors are going out. Blue and yellow are fine. If I tilt the TV forward then back, the colors will come back in for a bit then go back out. I have a Samsung model LNT4042HX/XAA. What will fix it?

Changing inputs helped. Color still messed up on one input but not the other. So, all is good for the moment as long as color comes in good on one input.

Have you tried every input in your tv to check if this simptom happens in all of the?
If the color failure persists in all of them, then you will problably have to buy a new controller board for your tv. If the problem only occurs in one input, then a rework of the solder joint of the connector will do the trick.
