i turn it on and only the fangs and light bulbs are on but the usb front and back the vga and the other ports dont have any power cause my keyboard mouse dont work and the monitor its not getting video

Hey Harry, Power down and unplug all of the cables (including the power cord). Then hold down the power button for about 15-20 seconds. Only plug in the keyboard, power cord, monitor. Then turn on the computer and see if it will recognize the keyboard. If it does you can plug in the rest of the cables.
-If that didn't work, try to unplug the hard drive and optical drive and any external USB devices except the keyboard and mouse then see if you can get the keyboard to respond.
