22 double red blinks
My TV does 22 double red blinks viera 50inch I put it off for a couple of minutes then it comes back on the goes off after a while I opened the back but there is no fan I suspect it's overheating does anyone have a clue? I called Panasonic service center but they said the most they have experienced is 11 blinks

Ken, something does not sound right. 22 blinks does absolutely not show up anywhere. Explain the blink code a bit better. What do you mean by double red blinks? What model is your TV

The TV comes on normally then after a while it goes off, the blinks are very fast in succession so it blinks twice very quickly repeatedly for 22 times (44 blinks in total) Panasonic said they have never experienced such which is strange, it's a Panasonic TX-p50x60b 50" o thought it probably was the fan but after opening the back apparently this model doesn't come with a fan so I'm wondering how it cools cos i didn't see any fan. The TV works fine but it's frustrating having to switch it off and on every time from the mains as when it starts blinking the power buttons don't work
