Why my phone suddenly hung-up when I open my email?

When I open my email, my phone suddenly hung-up. I press long press the power on/off button, it doesn't work. How can I fix it?

i am guess you are using the stock samsung mail client which is complete crap.

download one of the third party mail client from the app store such as CloudMagic, Gmail, K-9 Mail etc.
