Loss of Pool Vacuum Power cord while vacuuming?

I have a Dolphin DX3 pool vacuum. While vacuumin gthe unit will stop in mid cycle. Sometimes if a play with the connector it restarts. Or if I turn it off and wait a few minutes and then turn it back on, it will work. I think the connector has an loose connector and needs repair. Anyone know who would do that?

Nice cleaner, but would you get in the water with this cleaner? Especially if you suspect loose wire. These very expensive cleaners can cause problems or wear out. The easy detachable cord can be replace, definitely would replace cord. 35 years in biz
