Our washer is broken! Please help!

We have the Kenmore HE Top loading Washer. Model #11020022010/ Purchased 2/2012. We have lost the owners manual and need to order parts. Am I able to download the manual? I would appreciate any help you are able to give me.

Kathy I have found this site a really big help for me a few months back when I did a bearing in my front loader even has how to videos and part diagrams.
