my ipods screen suddenly turned all black so i tried tapping on it and its color changed to red and then back to greyish black and when i triple click the home button the page turns white and blue and mackes clicking noises

the screen was fully zoomed in so it only showed blobs and colors so to get out of it i double tapped the screen with three fingers.

Sounds like your screen may have gotten disconnected. Use this guide until step 29 to open the device and check the LCD to board connection.
