air conditioner and defroster

I have a 2007 Honda accord. My cc player stop working therefore I ordered radio off eBay came kind and model and had it installed. With the old cd player the air conditioner was working but with the new player the air conditioner is not working.it appears to have no power going to it. I installed the old radio back know and now the air conditioner still is not working. I was told there was some kind of reset button by the blower under the hood. Not sure.i Checked the fuse all is good. Not sure but radio/cd is working. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

There is no reset button under the hood. it sounds like the new radio was installed and the hvac connectors were not connected during the install of the radio.
