Can't down load from play store using data on tmobil note 2
Will work on wifi not on data. Surfing Internet and other stuff work. Only downloading apps from play store just idling.

I know it's pretty obvious but have you tried restarting it? I sold someone a Note 3 for T-Mobile once and he had the same exact issue. I had him restart the phone and it immediately started working again.
If that doesn't fix your issue then I would suggest going into settings and make sure that mobile data is turned on for the play store. You (or someone using your phone) may have accidentally disabled mobile data for that app specifically. Post again if this doesn't fix your problem.
