What part is the one that burns out on the vita

At first the screen was a little burnt out but then the next day the whole screen was burned out. The worst part was that I had downloaded a game 2 days before it burned. I would like to know what is the piece that ruined it so I can replace it.

What is "burned out?" If it is no display at all then you need to replace the entire front display for ps vita fat or just lcd for ps vita slim
