Replaced touch screen and the touch is acting faulty?

Suddenly the touch screen can do things by itself when I lock and unlock the phone it works as normal it just happens once in a while? Is there anything that can be wrong or is it best just to replace the whole front panel again?

Options

Make sure LCD and digitizer flex cable is connected to his connector.

I had exactly the same problem!!! I tried a lot of times fix it but I could not... After many time, now, I'm sure that is problem with new LCD Screen... I'll buy another and I will try again.

I got back to the old lcd broken and all is working well.
