wont agitate or spin and is not the coupler?
So I took of the nut but I cant seem to get the inner tub to lift. Is there something else holding it that im not seeing?

andamir, remove the tub from the transmission shafts by removing the nut from the agitator. See if the tub is binding and if the transmission output shaft is moving freely. your statement "loud high pitch going/sqeel" is what leads me to believe it could be a seized tub bearing. If that fails, remove the transmission and check the clutch. Make sure that it is functioning properly. This video should help with the tub bearing, and this one for the clutch.

Have you tried to move the tub by hand? does it move freely?

It is very difficult to turn if at all and the bottom agitator wont turn at all by the top agitator turns only to the right
