How to find out more about iPhone hardware & software?

I have been repairing iPhones for a while now, but would like to find out more about them, how their software and hardware works etc, like the logic board, and the IOS and sim cards and all that. Is there not a published book anywhere which talks through it all? How do i find out what youtube can't teach me?
