Memory problems, erases when radio is turned off.

My Kenwood tm-241a has a new battery and still doesn't keep the memory. I program the memory and it will work until I turn the radio off for more than 3 seconds then it erases the memory. I replaced the 2032 battery and still same problem. How can I fix this?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

This commonly happen to TM 241, replace the SPI and you are good to go, but when you don't know how to replace it.

Just find out the front panel replacement.

Hope this will help to resolve your problems.
