sadiq khan, looks like something getting lost. The spped should be in km/h or mph not rpm. I am pretty sure your Hondas engine revs higher than 140RPM. Not sure what you mean by "5". Consider clarifying your question

Why was the head gasket replaced? Who replaced it? What else did you check?

radiator fan was broken .the car overheats once thats why head gasket was changed. by honda dealers
