Cant install drivers Via USB?

OK, I'm trying to install some drivers to a dell dimensions via USB. The problem comes in when Windows wants to verify the fies/drivers. It says it wants to verify the files and needs an internet connection. The machine does not have internet access at the moment. Is there any way to circumvent this? Windows XP is the operating system.

click on ignore, and see if they will install
