Not Booting Stock on Android Tittle

My Noria by Chromo T2 7" is stuck on the Android Logo.

Not Booting Stock on Android Tittle and I tried to perform a Hard Reset by pressing Volumen up + Power simultaneously and I cannot access the Recovery Mode
