Looks like diy repairing isn't for you

Save yourself breaking anymore parts and leave it in with a professional

With the information you have provided i am inclined to think the chip that manages the power to your phone may have become damaged from using 3rd party chargers and/or cables. Also if your phone did not turn on with a new battery and a new screen your phone may be shorting somewhere as it did turn on the first time. However this is not a definitive answer to your question. Further troubleshooting will be necessary.

Do you or have you used 3rd party cables or chargers?

Has there ever been any water damage?

Is there any visible damage to the battery connector and/or flex?

Is there any visible damage to the dock port connector and/or flex?

Also check the chip mentioned earlier using this reference. Check if the ic has melted.

Also is some cases putting the wrong screws in the wrong places , especially screws in the metal shield protecting the lcd,digitizer,proximity sensor/speaker/camera.

You can try putting the board in a known working housing with screen and battery to eliminate non working parts.

If you don't have access to a working housing i would advise you get your hands on a new battery and do a reinstall being sure to double check your work and with the knowledge that your screen,dock port flex and battery are new eliminating them from the equation.

i cant spend more money... and also, how can i access to the chip?

yes i used non-apple charger;

no, i never drop it into liquid;

the battery and flex cable are #1;

my dock is new and #1 too;

but the thing that i dont understand is, how i made it work after changing the battery? my phone was vibrating to tell my that something is damaged, i looked the flex cable of the digitizer and saw that it was broken so i bought a new one. but maybe its the chip because its only after the battery got drained that i cant turn it on, can you find me a complete tutorial to change the chip? it will be realy appreciated... and also, what color the chip is supposed to be if it broken

edit: i pull the metal shield off and the chip is all black, i dont know what color is it supposed to be but now its black but look like something the the sides, like melted plastic

Do not attempt a u2 ic replacement yourself if you do not have extensive experience with micro-soldering. But from your message, if you are 100% sure it is the correct component, that seems to be what is causing your problem.

To answer your question about why it worked the first time with a new battery, most likely when you connected your new battery and booted the phone it had enough time to trigger the vibrate response to turning the phone on before shorting again.
