Why won't phone turn on. Battery recently replaced.

iPhone 4 working fine after new battery, except for no camera and no wifi. Then turns itself off and won't restart.

Options

Connect iPhone to Wall Charger, and Reset. Hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to start itself. If still nothing, open iPhone and disconnect battery for a few moments and then reconnect battery. See if better, or try Reset steps again.
