How to disasemble apple watch completely without breaking it?

Hi, guys! I would like to take all the parts out of the apple watch housing without breaking anything inside. I could see that iFixit guys broke the connectors during the disassembly... Do yo have any advice or experience with the Apple watch? Thanks for any contribution.
