Where is the fuse located?
I have attached a picture of my microwave and was wondering if 'A' or 'B' is the fuse? Also, is this area safe to touch to replace or any precautions I must take before replacing the fuse?

Looks like neither one of those. What make and model is your microwave. Yes, you do want to keep your hands out of it for now until you discharge the caps etc.
