How to force restart iPhone with broken power button

how to force restart iphone with broken power button. I tried by plugging in charging wire but it didn't help me get through I tried connecting with pc it isn't even detected by my pc or iTunes as if any device has been attached or not. Let me tell you I used to get it onn by plugging the wire but now it's something different! No affect of this action even! Screen remains blank! Any one can help me get through this?

your charging port may be faulty, try replacing the dock and lock buttons.
