Dropped iphone -- now power button is jammed

IPhone now will work if plugged into computer. Otherwise, it won't boot up. How do I unjam the power button?

You may have to take it apart, and see if you can free the button from the aluminium back cover. It's not easy, but doable - and beats having to get a new phone

Thanks so much for responding. I've watched the youtube videos on how to take off the back cover. It looks really really hard. My concern is that, in my effort to fix the jammed button, I'll damage the phone so badly that I'll have to buy a new phone. That would cost several hundred dollars. So, I caved. I'm getting a refurbished phone from Apple for $199, rather than take the risk. Thanks again, though.
