Dark screen and no files structure shown after water damage...

Tablet (Samsung Note 10.1) got wet (not submurged) and screen when dark. After letting it dry out for a few days, the tablet screen was very dark, but an image could be seen when held at an angle with the right light. When I plugged it in to the computer, it was only recognized as an empty drive and no folder structure was identified. Not even SD card was recognized. Any idea what parts will need to be replaced?
