Any way to transfer SD Card information w/o the original 3DS?

Okay, so I attempted to replace the casing on my 3DS which I had just gotten for Christmas. I ended up snapping all THREE of the Ribbon Cables that run from the top half to the bottom half. I decided to just get a new one, as it's not worth the potential amount I could waste on trying to repair it. So I was wondering, is there any way to transfer the information from my current SD card to my new one? I wouldn't care normally, except some of the games I play use the stupid system which saves on the SD Card. If need be, I can always restart them, but I'd rather not do that. So, even though there's no OFFICIAL way to do it, are there any programs or loopholes through which I can transfer the information?
