Bush MyTablet 7.8": screen too bright after touch screen replacement?

Bush MyTablet 7.8"

I replaced the glass screen on a Bush 7.8" MyTablet and although it works, the display looks as if all the black has disappeared. Downloading screen contrast apps has not helped.

I don't know what type of tablet you mean but where the little battery scroll down and click on the little sun?
