Why is my screen clicking when I press on it

I just got 5c and 4 four days later there is problem. I have noticed that when I press on the top left hand corner it makes a clicking sound. Also the screen sinks a bit. What needs fixing?

Options

Is it new? If yes take it back and exchange it. If it's used, this could be the sign of a previous repair where the top left corner may have been altered to fit the screen back into the iphone.
