Shows "Preparing Automatic Repair" then shuts down

I was using my HP Pavilion G4 awhile ago and then it suddenly shuts down, I thought it was just the battery that is empty so I tried to plug it in and turn it back on.

And now its only showing "Preparing Automatic Repair" and turns off automatically before I can even press any function keys.

I tried to reboot it by removing the battery and the plug then holding down the power button not less than 15 seconds, but still the same. Still wouldn't turn on.

Please help. I badly need my laptop.
