How do I get off this one page?

I was trying to clear some space on the Tab 3 in the "My Files" thing, and I click on a thing to delete it and I click on the actual tab and it went to a site link and it then went to a "403 Error" message and now it won't go to the home screen or anywhere else on the tablet. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Power the tablet off. If you don't have anything important that you will die without it on there. Then you may want to reset the tablet. You can do this by holding the volume up button and then the power button. You will be welcomed to this screen where you have some options select the reset option by moving down the list with the volume buttons and the power button to select and reset the device.
