still soft brakes after bleeding them

I changed my 1994 Ford Ranger rear brakes bleed 3 times and adjusted them still soft peddle (goes to floor) while driving please help what do I do next

Assuming the bleeding procedure was done correctly, did you check for leaking lines, bad bleeder nipples or leaking wheel cylinder? If all of those are checking out, you need to consider a bad master brake cylinder.

Make sure if it has RABS you're bleeding the abs unit on the frame rail!

Did you try putting a piece of wood under the pedal while bleeding ,...? I've heard it was nessesary on that year Ranger
