Unable to turn on WIFI

Hi guys, I need help with my Z3 tablet.

Phone was fine yesterday able to connect to my router like any other day, but today it just won't let me connect to it...

10 mins of fiddling it in the setting and then it wouldn't allow me to turn it on.

My blue-tooth started acting weird and turned itself on whenever I tried to turn it off.

Never dropped it before nor tried to get it wet.

Please help~!!!
