My ipad wont turn on
i charged my ipad and the next day i went to use it and it wouldnt turn on...

There is something wrong with your ipad mini battery I guess. I suggest that you should go to your local repair store and ask the detail.

Try plugging your device into a computer and launching iTunes too see if it is detected there. Hope i can help :)

First things first. Hold both the power and home button for 10 seconds. This will reset the iPad. If that doesn't work try connecting to itunes...
