this is my playstation 3 slim 120 gb CECH-2001A Format: NTSC (N. America)
If when I open the ps3 is not put the Game sheet will work well.
But if I insert the Game sheet and play it, my ps3 about 5 minutes to close own.
How should I edit.

If the unit is under warranty, send it to Sony. Just be aware they won't preserve your game data. The encryption key on the drives vary from console to console, and putting it in another PS3 will simply force format it. Back the data up to a USB external drive.
You can find new BD-ROM drives for this online. They're easy to find, but as mentioned some are rejected drives so buy them with caution. You will also need to swap the drive boards, too. Those are married to the PS3. You're better off replacing the drive. A new drive vs the laser isn't much more then the bare laser.

Sounds like a common problem with the laser lens that a lot of people have with their PS3. From looking around, most replacement parts are factory rejects, so unfortunately your best bet is to send it in to Sony, as Nick has said.
