I think I accidentally fried a component on my logic board

While working on securing the isight/bluetooth/airport cable to the card (it was very difficult to get it to slide back in.. I had to remove the plastic piece to the right of it), i accidentally shorted a component on the board.. sounded like a little rocket engine igniting... I had forgotten to unplug the battery.

Now my iSight doesn't work, and bluetooth isn't recognized. Everything else in the computer seems to work fine.

Does it sound like I fried that component? If everything else works fine, should I just keep using the computer without worry? I didn't use iSight or bluetooth very often at all, so if that's all I lost I'm not missing much.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Yes, you clearly burnt one or more components. Do you see any burnt chips or stains on any components on the logic board?

While the system maybe limping along here and maybe the Bluetooth and iSight camera is not important to you presently. It maybe important later on when you try to see your system or need a wireless mouse or other Bluetooth device.
