A piece dropped out during repair

Tiny brass connector has dropped out during a repair to the dock connector on my iPhone 4 - tiny screw hole in it and one prong, about 4mm long. I think it dropped off the top corner opposite the camera - any ideas?

Sounds like you are maybe dealing with an IPhone 4s and not a 4 .
