I need to do a motherboard swap

I have 2 different new 3ds xl and I would like to swap a motherboard between them.

Or a plain motherboard swap guide will be great as well.

Have you checked out the teardown video? They remove the motherboard there. It's just a lot of screws and ribbons; the only difficult part might be the red cable in the corner of the board.
