Is this part sold?

The actual home button circuit inside my phone with the 2 little gold things on it needs to be replaced is it possible to buy and replace this part?

Update

My ribbon is fine I have already replaced it. It is the two little gold prongs I was talking about. So if I replace the charging port , it wil come with that new piece with the gold prongs?

Yes, the home button ribbon can be repaired. Here is the link to the part: iPhone 5c Home Button Ribbon Cable.

The ribbon cable is fairly easy to replace if you know what you are doing. I suggest also following the repair guide when replacing the ribbon to minimize any further damage. It can also be found here: iPhone 5c Home Button Ribbon Cable Replacement.

If a new home button doesn't work then it will be your charge port that's faulty because it give the home button it's power through two hold prongs that are attached to it phone will still charge fine but it's the gold prongs on it that will be damaged
