My device is not turning on?

I keep holding down the power button but the tablet will not turn on. what should I do?

Options

Try charging the device and press on the turn-on button for 5 seconds. Or remove batter for 10 seconds, reinstall battery, and try to turn on again. If still does not turn on, seek professional help.
