Screen looks like it is sparkling after upper case replacement

I just replaced the upper case on my Macbook Pro Retina 15. My battery was bad also, so I found a used upper case with a good battery on ebay. It turns out that the keyboard was for a German MBPr. I was going to switch the keys over. I got everything back together and upon a power on, the screen looks like it is sparkling. It looks like very small white pixels are firing off randomly all over the screen. I took it back apart to make sure the LCD cable and backlight cable were properly seated and they were. What is going on?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Why did you replace the upper case? Did you have liquid damage?

My battery was bad and I had some dings and nicks. I found a top case with a battery for only $60.

Pixels firing off randomly sounds like a noise issue.

Did you make sure all of the logic board screws are in place and are the correct ones? Its also possible the logic board around the LVDS cable got wet or the cable or connector is damaged.

Yes, I made sure that all the logic board screws went into the right spots. However, a couple of the screws go stripped out when I was reinstalling them. As far as the cable, it is secure. No liquid came in contact with the cable. Before the the swap, the lcd was perfect.
