My tablet Is not working, please help me

I was using my tablet and it suddenly powered off and the screen blanked and it only shows a SAMSUNG logo, i tried to turn it off but it won't turn off until it's completely out of charge & when i charge it, it shows that SAMSUNG logo again like it's going to turn on but it won't.
