What does my ipad need?

I live in the Caribbean. Dropped my ipad, screen went black, shipped it to NY to fix.

Fixed it, shipped it back. Came back with a cracked screen. Sceptical to ship off again for repair. Want purchase part myself and let technician repair it.

Where the crack originated, it does not respond, and areas along some of the cracks would either not respond or behave erratically, sometimes unprovoked.

My Question is, what do i need to purchase to repair it?

Please help...
