LCD Screen won't turn on

Recently replaced battery pack, and the logic board (EMC 2560 16gb) now the screen won't turn on. When I plug the charger into wall, I can hear the normal sound it makes. When I plug into my computer, ITunes acknowledges my IPad but still the LCD screen is lifeless. Have checked all my connections and all appears to be well.
