Replacing ipad 2 screen

I am trying to replace the screen on my ipad 2 I have tried 2 screens now both from eBay but different venders. My issue is that the orientation is backwards, the screen and digitizer arnt in sync. I've tried hard reset and turn it on and off. Any ideas?

Yea it's not possible to plug it in wrong, still can't figure it out. Is is possible that it's on the right screens? It's a A1395.

That's a weird one have you tried a full restore ?

Make sure you are plugging the digitizer cable in properly. It sounds like you may be plugging it in upside down.
