iPod 4th gen gigabyte location on the logic board

Hello i would like to know where is the GB located in an ipod 4th gen, also is it possible to add or change GBs of an ipod. For Example, i have two ipods, One of the ipods is 32GB and the other is 8GB. I want to transfer the 32GB to my 8GB one. In Addition, i want to increase the size of the 8GB one, by either purchasing a GB chip or getting it from my other ipod and installing it into the other. Is it possible? and Can you please tell me where the GB is located?
