cant play videos anymore

Was watching Showbox with no problems until recently. Now it asks me do I want to play with 'video player' or 'photos'. I cannot play them as usual now.

It usually plays the showbox films and shows automatically, but now it has changed and I cannot watch them at all.

I tried a factory reset, tried uninstalling and reinstalling showbox ( and other versions ), and tried other video players. Nothing is working.

Showbox do not know what is wrong, I have asked them. Please can you help? Thanks
