i want to know if it is possible to replace the ipad 3 wifi model back panel with ipad 3 4g back panel?

i am getting a used back panel of a ipad 3 4g version for a cheap price and that is why i am asking this.

Should be fine, if it was the other way around it would be an issue as the plastic shield on back allows for 4G Reception.
