Could screen being replaced cause battery Issues?

iPhone 6 working perfectly, screen was great, battery charge was perfect. Could run iheartradio over WiFi for 3-4 hours and go from 100% - 80%. Dropped phone and broke the screen. Took it in had screen replaced and now my battery life is seems to be getting drained. Now I run iheartradio over WiFi for 3-4 hours and it goes from 100% - 60% or less. Within 24 hours of having screen replaced their seems to be significant battery loss and my daily usage of the phone has not changed since I bought it in December.
