black screen, no LED, wont charge.

My Samsung Galaxy S4 will not charge, no LED lights up to indicate charging & the screen also remains black. I've tried multiple different cables, and adapters. I've also plugged into my PC to try and charge. I've cleaned out the charging port and I've ensured that the little tab inside the port isnt bent or crooked. Nothing is working and its very frustrating. If anyone can help, thanks in advance!
