Why will my Polaroid A10 display orientation not rotate according to my movements?

I'm having issues with my devices orientation function. My current orientation is landscape, however I am unable to switch to portrait. I would like to know how change my device orientation so that the display changes automatically according to my movements.

The best possible option to make sure your device changes orientation through your movement is to set the display to auto-rotate screen.

To do this:

1. Go to Settings menu.

2. Click on Accessibility.

3. Make sure Auto-rotate screen is checked to ensure it is turned on.
